Hi, I’m Robin
I have over 20 years of experience in litigation representing a variety of individuals and companies based locally, nationally, and internationally. I have handled, and taken to verdict, a wide array of lawsuits throughout the State of Texas and Federal Courts involving premises liability, general negligence, wrongful death, premises security, DTPA, oil and gas, construction liability (worksite accidents, contractual indemnity, OSHA), product liability (manufacturing defects, design defects, marketing defects, DTPA, and warranty).
My litigation background has provided me with a platform to utilize my experience and provide my clients with insight into each conflict to diligently work with those involved to resolve any dispute.
I am not just a “number carrier,” and I strive to resolve every case. I devote time to reviewing all materials provided to me in advance of mediation and provide input and analysis of the particular venue, judge, and jury verdict metrics.
I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Rather, I tailor my services to offer an individualized, case-specific, and creative approach to resolution. I am known for my passionate drive, loyalty, candor, and compassionate ability to bring parties to a point of resolve, even for the most sensitive and complex disputes, whether in litigation or not.
